A very special night for the Ice Dogs as they mark Autism Awareness month.
Brianne Whitty with the Niagara Ice Dogs office says special game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off after the game with the proceeds going to the Niagara chapter of Autism Ontario.
"The Autism Ontario Niagara branch supports programs serving an estimated 5,000 Niagara families that are effected by children who are on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. We're just happy to only bring awareness, but the monetary donation that will go with it."
Puck drops at the Meridian Center at 7 p.m. as the Dogs take on the Ottawa 67's
