A sellout crowd at the Meridian Centre watched the IceDogs play the CHL's 6th ranked London Knights scoreless for the first half of period one. The second half of the first would be a different story as the visitors scored 5, winning 8-2.
Outshot 19-9 in the first 20, Coach David Bell replaced Stephen Dhillon with Colton Incze to begin the second. Two more early goals in the second made it 7-0 before the IceDogs would respond in the third. Johnny Corneil counted his 6th in the opening minute and Oliver Castleman's 6th in the final minute rounded out the scoring.
Off until Friday night, the IceDogs host Sudbury in the first of a 3 in 3 weekend. Friday night's pre-game show gets things underway at 6:30 on 610 CKTB.
