The IceDogs (Teepees) got behind early and couldn’t mount a comeback, losing 3-1 in Peterborough. The night was highlighted by the 60th anniversary of the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
After the Petes ended the first leading 1-0, the home side made it a 3-0 advantage in the second. The only Dogs goal came from Akil Thomas, who would get his 4th of the year, converting a Graham Knott rebound. Stephen Dhillon was again strong in goal, making 39 saves.
Barrie is next up, Friday night at the Meridian Centre. The annual Remembrance Day event will proceed the action and 610 CKTB has it covered with the pre-game underway at 6:30.
