Wednesday featured four more intrasquad games on Day Two of IceDogs training camp. Two scrimmages were followed by a quick goalie session and then two more games concluded the day.
Team Red opened up with a 5-3 win over Team White. Ondrej Machala scored a pair for the winners while Matt Philip notched a pair for the white side.
In the days second game, third round pick Billy Constantinou had three assists in a 4-3 win by Team Black over Team Grey. Kyle Langdon was in on all three Grey goals, including one goal.
The late session began with a 7-3 Team White decision against Team Black. Jalen Balbosa scored twice for Team White, while Kirill Maksimov had a goal and two helpers. Oliver Castleman netted two for Team Black, while Will Lockhead chipped in with two assists.
The day's final match ended in a 5-3 Team Red victory over Team White. Newly named Captain Johnny Corneil found the back of the net three times; Ryan Smith had two goals for the Red side. For Team White, Ben Jones and Ondrej Machala were in on all three goals with Jones scoring twice.
Thursday's day three will be highlighted by the annual Black-White game at 7pm. Before that there will be two intrasquad matches with a reduction of the training camp roster in between.
