As the bargaining team prepares to return to the table on June 5th, OPSEU members at the LCBO are continuing to hold information pickets across the province.
43 information pickets have taken place so far, one took place Friday in Niagara Falls, another one is set for this coming Friday in St. Catharines at the Geneva St. LCBO.
Unionized workers are trying to educate the public about their current contract negotiations.
The workers say they want the province to address several key issues including worker safety, casual work and stop what the union describes as ongoing privatization of the LCBO.
In April workers voted 93 per cent in favour of strike action to back their contract demands, although no strike date has been set.
