Several of Niagara's federal and provincial politicians will be in St. Catharines this morning for an infrastructure announcement.
MP's Chris Bittle and Vance Badawey, along with MPP Jim Bradley will be at the Decew Water Treatment Plant at 9:30 for the announcement.
