An international fireworks competition in Niagara Falls has released a new schedule after an employee was hurt during clean up last weekend.
Chair of the Winter Festival of Lights David Adames tells CKTB's Tim Denis the schedule had to be rearranged after a firework detonated during clean up on Saturday, injuring an employee.
"Very pleased to say he's in stable condition and we're monitoring and keep in close contact with family."
On Friday night at 9 p.m. team Finland will compete in the Cascades of Fire competition, followed by the Brazilian team on Saturday, and on Sunday there will be another display from the lower Niagara gorge.
Weather conditions also contributed to last week's delay.
