The Islamic State group is claiming responsibility for the attacks on two Coptic churches in Egypt that killed as many as 37 people.
The twin blasts hit churches in the small town of Tanta and Alexandria, during Palm Sunday mass.
Coptic Pope Tawadros II had earlier celebrated mass at one of the targeted churches.
Egypt's Christian minority makes up around 10 per cent of the population and has repeatedly been targeted by Islamic extremists.
