J.R Stork Bridge to remain closed until end of month
The city of St. Catharines advising motorists, Martindale Road at the J.R. Stork Bridge will remain closed to both cars and pedestrians until June 30th.
The city of St. Catharines advising motorists, Martindale Road at the J.R. Stork Bridge will remain closed to both cars and pedestrians until June 30th.
The road closure is necessary for emergency repairs to the southwest approach to the bridge which was washed out due to rain.
Local residents and emergency services will have access up to the limits of the bridge but will not have access across the structure.
A detour route will be posted along Lakeshore Road West, Seventh Street and South Service Road.
