The St.Catharines man who admitted he killed his stepson and stabbed a bank employee won't be eligible for parole for 16 years.
A sentencing hearing was held Tuesday for 44 year old Justin Kuijer, the man who sparked a nation-wide manhunt after fleeing Niagara following the death of his girlfriend's son Nathan Dumas.

Yesterday, he was sentenced to life imprisonment with no chance of parole for 16 years for Nathan's murder.
