Kathleen Wynne and her fellow premiers and territorial leaders are in Edmonton for a Council of the Federation meeting.
They're scheduled to meet with Indigenous leaders today, but that meeting is up in the air.
Three of the five First Nations groups have said they'll boycott the meeting because they feel they should be part of the full Council of the Federation.
The council members will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday with much of the discussion expected to focus on the renegotiation of the NAFTA accord and the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard has also said he wants to discuss his constitutional initiative
