Actor Kevin Spacey is pleading not guilty in his sexual assault case.
The 59 year old actor is accused of groping an 18-year-old busboy at a restaurant in Nantucket in 2016.
Spacey did not speak during the hearing.
He was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim while this case is pending.
Spacey will be back in court in March.
He was arraigned on an indecent assault and battery charge.
Last month, on the same day news broke about the felony charge, Spacey released a video on his Youtube channel, appearing to address the allegations against him in the character of his former “House of Cards” role Frank Underwood.
“But you wouldn’t believe the worst without evidence, would you? You wouldn’t rush to judgments without facts, would you? Did you?” Spacey says in the video.
Spacey was fired in 2017 from the lead role in Netflix' political drama “House of Cards” and was cut from the motion picture “All the Money in the World.”
