The case of the woman caught on video hurling a chair off a Toronto condo balcony was back in court today.
19 year old Marcella Zoia wasn't there as a new court date was set for June 14th, but her lawyer was.
Greg Leslie insists his client is remorseful, even though she was seen smiling leaving her last court appearance.
He says that she is young and everyone deals with remorse in different ways.
Leslie says he's trying to get Zoia into some sort of schooling, though he doesn't seem to have a particular field of study in mind.
It was back on February 11th, a video began circulating on social media that appeared to show a woman tossing a chair over a balcony.
Police later confirmed the event took place February 9th and other objects were allegedly thrown off the balcony, including a second chair.
The items ended up in front of the highrise building’s entrance.
Zoia is charged with one count each of mischief endangering life, mischief endangering property under $5,000 and common nuisance.
She surrendering to police on February 13th, she was released on $2,000 bail.
