More than a thousand people turned out for a candlelight vigil last night in memory of the victims of a horrific limo crash in upstate New York.
The limo ran a stop sign and struck a parked SUV in Schoharie on Saturday, killing two pedestrians and all 18 people in the limo.
State officials say the limousine failed a safety inspection last month and should not have been on the road.
Governor Andrew Cuomo says the stretch limo had been rebuilt in a way that violated federal law.
As well the driver didn't have the proper licence.
Associated Press is also reporting, the owner of Prestige Limousine was owned by Shahed Hussain, who was an FBI informant who helped the agency infiltrate Muslim groups after 9/11.
