Residents living in Lincoln expressing concern following news that a high risk sex offender has moved to Niagara.
In the interest of community safety, Niagara Regional Police are notifying the community of the recent release of Trevor Kemp.
Kemp was recently released from custody after completing a 13 month sentence for being in possession of child pornography.
He is living in the Lincoln area.
Kemp has several probationary orders that prohibit him from public places where children under the age of 16 are present.

One grandmother says that she has four grandchildren, and she doesn't even know what she would do if he ever approached and touched them.
One father said that he doesn't think he should be living in the area, because it's not safe for kids.
Another man saying that hopefully they keep him under surveillance.
One woman looking at things differently saying, if he's served his sentence, and he has restrictions she thinks it's ok and we have to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Another man says he should be locked up and castrated.
