Today is World Autism day and to mark the occasion landmarks across the globe, including Niagara Falls and the CN Tower, will turn blue tonight as part of the Light It Up Blue Campaign.
Homeowners are also asked to light the front of their houses in blue as well.
In Lincoln, a flag raising ceremony in support of autism awareness is set for this afternoon at 1:30 at Town Hall.
Meanwhile, the province has scheduled a media conference today to talk about the new autism funding model that went into effect yesterday.
Health Minister Christine Elliot will be joined today by fellow ministers, Lisa MacLeod and Lisa Thompson.
