The Niagara Falls Green Party will host a meeting next week to discuss the proposed Thundering Waters development.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting that will feature a discussion on the ecological significance of the wetlands contained within the proposed development.
The January 31st event at the Victoria Avenue library, will feature presentations by enviromental activists, Ed Smith and Owen Bjorgan.
A lawsuit filed by the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority against Smith was tossed out by a judge in November.
We learned yesterday the NPCA now must reimburse Smith for more than $130,000 in legal fees.
