Niagara-On-The-Lake resident Mark Cherney has entered the race for a regional councillor position.
For the last five years he has served as the business manager for the IBEW Local 303.
He is also a familiar face around Virgil through his work as a youth soccer and hockey coach and Vice President of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Soccer Club.
