Niagara is under a special weather statement with lots of rain on the way.
Environment Canada says significant rainfall and mild temperatures are expected Wednesday.
10 to 20 mm of rain could fall, starting Tuesday night.
The rainfall, combined with melting snow, and the limited ability of the frozen ground to absorb the rain, may lead to localized flooding in low lying areas and water pooling on roads.
