A man has been arrested after an alleged disturbing incident at the Pen Centre Mall in St.Catharines.
Police say on Thursday May 16th Pen Centre Security became aware of a man committing indecent acts in the men's public washroom.
The male is alleged to have exposed and masturbated himself in front of a younger male in the washroom.
There were no injuries sustained by the male victim.
Niagara Regional Police Service were contacted and a collaborative investigation was conducted resulting in the male suspect being identified.
On June 1st Niagara Regional Police officers arrested and charged 38 year old Christopher Seth Guthoerl with one count of Indecent Acts.
