A 32 year old man has been arrested in Niagara for allegedly altering prescriptions.
The Niagara Regional Police Opioid Investigations Unit arrested 32 year old Michael Strychar today.
Strychar was arrested after he allegedly altered two prescriptions to add the potent opioid fentanyl.
Strychar was arrested and will be held for bail.
He is charged with Uttering forged document X2, Possession of a prohibited weapon, and possession of a schedule I substance (Crystal Meth).
Police are thanking the community for their assistance in this investigation.
