A Canada wide warrant has been issued for a man known to frequent the city of Hamilton.
Thoeun Thach is serving a two year and seven month sentence for drug and weapons charges.
He is described as a 38 year old Asian man, 5'3", 165 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on both arms and a large tattoo on his chest.
