Police are looking for the public's help to identify a suspect they're calling the ``lunch-time bandit'' who they allege has robbed five banks in Toronto in the past month.
They say a well dressed man in his mid-20s enters the banks, usually between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., poses as a teller as he hands over a note saying he is armed and demands cash.
Police say the notes are well written with proper grammar and the robberies have all occurred along a subway line.
They say the man hasn't pulled a gun, but the incidents have a traumatic effect on some of the bank employees, saying some of them haven't returned to work.
