A man is wanted for theft and abduction in Niagara Falls.
On January 14th, around 11:30pm, Niagara officers responded to a theft of a motor vehicle at the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls.
A patron of the hotel had exited his Grey Dodge SUV to check into his room, when an unknown man jumped into the car and drove away.
At the time, a woman and a young child remained in the vehicle.
The suspect stopped at the hotel parking lot and forced them to leave the vehicle before fleeing the area once again.
On Monday around midnight, the stolen vehicle was located in the area of Baldwin Street and Hager Avenue in Burlington, with damage to the vehicle.
He fled the area by stealing another vehicle nearby.
The suspect has been identified as 38-year-old Jason S. White.
He is described as an Indigenous male with a medium build, dark hair, wearing a black coat, black sweater and jeans.
