The case of Marineland, which is facing 11 animal cruelty charges, is to return to provincial offences court today in Niagara Falls.
The Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals laid the charges against the tourist attraction last November and in January.
Marineland has denied all those charges, which relate to the treatment of the park's land animals that include black bears, elk, red deer, fallow deer, guinea hens and a peacock.
The OSPCA says a conviction on all counts could result in a fine up to 60 thousand dollars, a lifetime ban on owning animals and up to two years in jail.
None of the convictions have been proven in court.
