McMaster University is confirming another case of COVID-19 involving a student.
The school received confirmation of the positive test yesterday.
The student was last on campus on September 24th and had spent a 'short amount of time' in the psychology building.
A thorough cleaning has been completed, and Hamilton Public Health is currently working on contact tracing.
This is the third confirmed case of COVID-19 at McMaster - in the previous cases an employee tested positive in mid-September, and a graduate student tested positive at the end of August.
Most classes are being conducted online, but if students or staff need to be on-campus they are required to complete a screening process.
