A public memorial will be held this afternoon at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto for legendary former goaltender Johnny Bower.
The Toronto Maple Leafs honoured him prior to their home game last night versus the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Bower's widow, Nancy, and family members were flanked by Leafs alumni, including George Armstrong and Dave Keon, as they joined the crowd in a moment of silence.
Bower died on Boxing Day at the age of 93 following a short battle with pneumonia.
