Niagara College has received a donation of more than one million dollars to support international education.
The donation of $1,050,000 comes from the family of Keith and Sharon Segal and was announced at the annual Seafood Gala Friday night.
College president Dan Patterson says the Segals are longstanding supporters and friends of the school whose passion for international education has helped thousands of students.
The school says this new Centre will enhance the College’s ability to support its growing international student body, and the donation will enable students to benefit from study and work abroad activities.
In recognition of the Segal family’s, NC will name the new facility at its NOTL Campus the Segal Family International Centre
