Police are looking for a second man reported missing in Niagara Falls.
50 year old Richard Harold Bert Manley was last seen on Tuesday July 3, 2018 in the area of Stanley Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls.
He is described as white, 6'0", 282 lbs, long blonde hair, a beard, and with tattoos on both arms.
Manley was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans.
Investigators believe that Mr. Manley may be operating a black 2015 Hyundai Elantra (BWFZ 192 ONTARIO PLATE).
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
Meantime the NRP are searching for 64 year old Richard Thunder was last seen in the area of Clifton Hill Wednesday night.
Thunder is described as an indigenous man with white hair, 5 foot 8, with a medium to large build.
He was last seen wearing a blue American Eagle t-shirt, blue shorts and a black and white Canada baseball cap.
