A Toronto man is in custody after police in St. Catharines busted what they call a mobile drug operation.
Police moved in yesterday after watching several suspected drug transactions.
22 year old Shawn Spaulding was arrested after a brief foot chase through a Welland Avenue business parking lot.
Police also seized a large quantity of heroin and cocaine valued at $2,600.
