Another day, another delay for waste collection in Niagara.
The Niagara Region saying that there are leaf and yard waste collection delays, including some areas not collected from Tuesday.
Officials say Emterra will be bringing in additional resources to assist with the pick up, with the goal of having collection completed by end of Friday.
