Thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts are expected to converge on Port Dover today for Friday the 13th.
The tradition goes back to November of 1981 when a Port Dover motorcycle shop owner got together on Friday the 13th.
The events have drawn in excess of 100-thousand people in recent years and are a major source of income for Port Dover businesses.
Provincial police say they're preparing for around 80 thousand celebrants and will be there to ensure safety and to help with traffic.
