The opposition NDP are demanding the province move to make post secondary education more affordable.
A private member's bill is calling on the government to convert all future OSAP loans to grants and bring an end to charging interest on existing loans.
The bill will be put to a vote today in the legislature.
The Ford government recently cut grants, made OSAP loans harder to get, and scrapped the six month interest free period on loans following graduation.
