N-D-P Leader Andrea Horwath says if her party ends up in government, it will hire 45-hundred nurses in its first year of office.
The New Democrats are also promising to create two-thousand new hospital beds and stop layoffs of frontline health-care workers.
Horwath says the governing Liberals have left frontline staff without basic resources.
She's also warning that Progressive Conservative government under Doug Ford would mean cuts and could lead to a two-tier health-care system.
