Expect to see crews working along the shoreline at Fort Mississauga National Historic Site in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Parks Canada representatives will be installation another 500 metres of breakwall to combat shoreline erosion.
Officials say the erosion has already caused several trees to fall into Lake Ontario, and many more are in danger.
The federal government has put up $4.9 million in infrastructure funding to protect the historic site.
