Expecting damaging winds to batter the Niagara Region today as Environment Canada warns of gusts up to 90 km/h.
Today's Wind Warning forecasts the winds will pick up this afternoon and into the early evening as a cold front tracks over the region.
Once the front passes, the winds will start to die down through the overnight hours.
Until then, it is a good idea to bring in any lawn furniture and other loose items and keep an eye out for any shingles and branches torn down by the storm.
