Niagara College can really brag about its school spirit.
The school's new teaching distillery has released its inaugural product Eau-de-vie de Fruits, Fruit Spirit.
The first ever class of Artisan Distilling students used pressed Gamay wine grapes from the college's teaching winery to make the new confection.
The grape flavoured product is expected to be a hit with wine lovers as an after dinner drink or it can be used as an ingredient in cocktails.
Eau-de-vie is available for purchase at the school's Niagara on the Lake campus.
