Lots of police officers called out to the Grantham Plaza area this afternoon.
Niagara Regional Police say they made two arrests was made at 12:30 this afternoon in the area of Niagara and Scott Streets.
Police say as part of the high risk arrest, audible distraction devices were utilized, there were no injuries.
The NRP Emergency Task Unit was called out to assist with the arrest.
