They divide the city in half, and cause daily traffic delays, and now city of Niagara Falls officials say the time has come to gather enough ammunition to get the train's rolling outside the city centre.
Councillors this week voting to hire a consulting firm to study the impact CN train operations have on the Falls.
Mayor Jim Diodati has attempted in the past, to convince CN rail to use alternate tracks, instead of the ones that run right through the middle of the city.
Councillor Wayne Thomson noting the study will hopefully give them the information they need to convince CN to move the trains.
