It was a race which pitted an incumbent Mayor diagnosed with cancer against a current city councillor and former MPP.
Voters in Niagara Falls decided to give Jim Diodati, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, another term as Mayor.
Diodati won with 58% of the votes.
Running against him were Kim Craitor, Kip Finn and Dinah Lilia Mansour.
Niagara Falls gets 3 regional councillors.
Bob Gale is returning as a regional councillor, and newcomers Peter Nicholson and Barbara Greenwood are the other two.
City Councillors are: Carolynn Ioannoni, Chris Dabrowski, Vince Kerrio, Wayne Campbell, Lori Lococo, Wayne Thomson, Victor Pietrangelo, and Mike Strange.
Voter turnout was 39%.
