An infestation of wasps at Fireman's Park in Niagara Falls has been eradicated and the city's dog park has reopened.
The park was closed August 14th after the infestation of Japanese wasps was discovered by city crews working in the area.
A similar infestation and closure took place last summer at the dog park.
A pest control contractor was called in to deal with the situation and the park reopened earlier this week.
