The new location of the Niagara Falls Farmers' Market opens this morning.
To accomodate physical distancing requirements to deal with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the market is now in the parking lot at the MacBain Community Centre on Montrose Road.
This is a temporary relocation necessary for the construction of the new Cultural Hub Market.
The first hour of the market (7 a.m. - 8 a.m.) is dedicated to seniors and essential service workers only.
It's encouraged that shoppers have only one person per household attend and the use of face masks is encouraged.
The market operates until 1 o'clock this afternoon.
