The Canadian Football League Players' Association will be in Niagara Falls as they return the Annual General Meeting to Canadian soil.
For the past decade reps from CFL teams, league staff, and alumni have been travelling to Las Vegas for the yearly gathering.
Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati cites regional Councillor and CFL Alumnus Sandy Annunziata with being instrumental in convincing the association to choose Niagara Falls as its host.
Annunziata played in the CFL for 11 years, hoisting the Grey Cup twice.
The five day AGM will start on February 28th at Fallsview Casino Resort.
