A 34 year old Niagara Falls man is facing drug charges after an investigation by the NRP's Guns, Gangs, and Grows unit conducted an investigation involving a male allegedly selling cocaine from his vehicle.
On Thursday, police executed search warrants and arrested the male in the area of Chippawa Creek and Moyer Roads, seizing both cocaine and currency.
Police found approximately $11,000.00 worth of cocaine and $5,400.00 in currency.
Donald Swalm is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possesion of proceeds of a crime over $5,000 and breach of probation.
He was released from custody with a future court date.
