A man described by Niagara police as armed and dangerous has been arrested after tactical officers surrounded a townhouse on Kelsey Crescent in Niagara Falls.
Police say the suspect surrendered peacefully last evening.
Twenty-eight-year-old David Joseph of no fixed address was taken into custody and is now facing a number of weapons-related charges.
Police had been looking for Joseph since August 2nd after a shooting on Willoughby Drive in Niagara Falls.
He's wanted forĀ discharging a firearm with intent to wound, pointing a firearm, careless use of a firearm and possesion of a firearm.
Joseph is being held at police headquarters pending a bail hearing.
