The City of Niagara Falls is taking its second shot at landing a Ryerson digital media zone.
Speaking on CKTB's Tom McConnell show Mayor Jim Diodati says the city is still partnering with Ryerson and the second application for Fed Dev funding could be submitted anytime now.
Diodati says council has already met in-camera to discuss the city's portion of support for the second application.
The mayor also clearing up any confusion about the application saying the city was never after a Ryerson campus and was always applying for an "incubator"
The province's ombudsman found the city of Niagara Falls contravened closed meeting provisions of the Municipal act back in Feb of 2015 when it went in camera to discuss the previous development funding application.
