A 15 year student is facing charges after allegedly uttering threats.
The threat was alleged to have been made in relation to a potential attack at a local high school A.N. Myer Secondary School in NIagara Falls, on Halloween.
The concerns were reported to Niagara Regional Police on Sunday when an investigation was initiated.
Officers attended the school this (Monday) morning to alleviate any concerns by students, staff and parents.
Further investigation has now led to an arrest.
NRP say a 15 year old Niagara Falls boy is charged with uttering threats.
He's being held in custody for a bail hearing tomorrow in St. Catharines.
The teen cannot cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police are still asking anyone with information in the case to give them a call.
