The only hot spot this morning seems to be Niagara Falls which received more than the forecast 4 cm.
If you are in the falls or heading that way, most of of the main roads are in decent shape, but the side streets are very slushy and messy.
Periods of snow are expected to taper off by the lunch hour, with another 2cm in the forecast before it ends.
The snow won't stay for very long, highs of 13 are forecast this weekend and then we warm up to highs around 19 to start the work week.
