Niagara Regional Police are asking for help locating a suspect in a fraud investigation.
Police are looking for a man who has accepted money for several construction jobs across the region, but never completed the tasks.
39 year old Brody J. Racine of Thorold is wanted for the alleged offences of eight count of fraud over $5,000, three counts of fraud under $5,000, and theft under $5,000.
So far, detectives have identified 12 victims, but the investigation is ongoing.
Officials say Racine knows he is wanted by the NRP.
Police in Hamilton and Brantford are also looking for him.
He has ties to the Thorold, Halton, London, Huntsville, and Toronto areas and has access to multiple vehicles.
Racine is described as a 6'1 white man with short dark hair. He weighs 220 lbs.
