As most families follow the advice of health experts by staying home as much as possible, there are some heartwarming ways to keep busy blooming.
A shamrock outdoor scavenger hunt was held last week to mark St. Patrick's Day.
Parents were asked to print out paper shamrocks and post them around their neighbourhood for families out on walks or drives to discover. Now parents are being asked to keep it up with other images.
Another movement making the rounds is for kids to write inspirational messages on sidewalks and driveways with chalk.
Bryan Caporicci sent CKTB a message saying his 7 year old daughter Ava felt inspired to write positive messages like 'help those in need' and 'just be thankful.'
In my neighbourhood, I received a note saying a group was being organized to help seniors and others in need. (story continues below)
